1. Returns/Refund on any products and accessories/merchandise are not accepted.
  2. However, we do offer replacement of the same in case of damaged or defective products. These complaints need to be sent to us at support@getamix.co or by phone at +91-8506971599 within 4 days of receiving the shipment. Getamix reserves the right to evaluate each of these scenarios and might request you to provide relevant pictures. The damaged item will be picked up by us at no cost to you. If the products you received do not correspond to your order, or an item is missing from your order, please contact Getamix Customer Service by email at support@getamix.in or by phone at +91-8506971599. A replacement will be shipped out to your address within the next 72 hours.
  3. In case there is any issue with the product, you have 3 calendar days to return the product from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase ( email invoice will also be considered valid). Before returning the product, you are adviced to call our customer care at +91-8506971599 or email us at sales@getamix.co mentioning your Order ID and the issue.
  4. All refunds and returns are on sole discretion of JACTANCE MIXES LLP upon the verification and confirmation done by its employees and management. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Within 48 hours of receiving your product, we would notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate your refund. You will receive the refund withing 7 working days post approval. Refunds and returns are deemed only if there’s a problem with the product.
